In the wake of Hurricane Katrina the Merchants Association (parent company of MAF Mortgage Services) is partnering with the United Way of Tampa Bay by donating $5000 to the Relief Fund that will be acquiring food, water, supplies, clothing and personal hygiene items.

As a result of this terrible tragedy, many of you may have already made personal contributions to one or more charities as well as donations of food and/or clothing. As we all realize, this catastrophic, natural disaster will take the collective efforts of individuals and businesses alike to make a real difference. The Merchants is happy to be a part of making that difference and wanted to share this information with you.
